Our first year.
A club to call our own.

Southgate Spartans began with five friends and family members, one shared idea and a local community willing to get behind it.

Our first steps came through a local mosque community. Today, the club is open to players across Southgate, Palmers Green and wider North London.

We’ve started strong. Now we’re building the standards, the togetherness and the football that will define our first season.

Who are you looking for?

Experienced goalkeepers, right wingers and starting defenders. Men aged 18+ who can commit to Sunday football in North London. Recruitment remains open until December 2026.

How do I arrange a trial?

Complete the registration form and WhatsApp Jabir on 07484 258221. We arrange opportunities directly, so message us for the current details.

What are the club fees?

Standard squad sign-on is £100, with £5 home and away match fees. Training is charged separately. Speak to Jabir about your circumstances and confirm your fees before joining. No payment is required to express interest.

What kit will I need?

We provide shared match shirts. Bring black shorts, black socks, suitable boots, shin pads and water.

When and where do you play?

Sunday matches in the Barnet Sunday Football League, with home games at Enfield Playing Fields. Wednesday evening training is coach-led; the venue and details are confirmed directly with the squad.
